When I bought this laptop, I paid for two years care. The HP Support assistant registered only one year and I had to go through multiple automated "intelligent" telephone robots until I got to someone who could fix it.
On another laptop, I needed a problem to be fixed and the repair website waited for 5 days to find my computer after FEDEX had officially delivered it. It took me hours to get to someone in a foreign country who told me he had no way to reach the repair shop!!!
Today, another twist: I paid for a one year care pack for a laptop. Guess what? The charge was made on my credit card and my account says I have no service subscription!!! I spoke with what looks like a Martian who ask me to repeat what I wrote to confirm he got it. Then he told me I need to call a number to register the care pack WHICH I ORDERED ACCORDING TO AN OFFER I GOT BY E-MAIL FROM HP!!!! I called the number and the stupid "intelligent" front end could get me nowhere.
QUESTION: Why should my next purchase be from HP?
