Laptop 15-bw003mw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am helping an elder with 1 month laptop Windows 10 home, 64 bit, 15-bw003wm. [edited]. Cant see product name as letters on bottom are TINY and she ordered online but can't yet find documentation. Purple case. 15 inch screen with  4gb ram and 500 gb harddrive. Maybe Product ID is 00325-80142-59278-AA0EM. Anyway. A darn brand new comput right away having the text move to other lines or typed text disappearing before your eyes. She has this happen in gmail. I tested it in google drive new document. it happens. She is running installed windows defender and it is on. i was thinking of installing malbytes free or premium or norton anti virus. HOW can we FIX this jumping text that goes where it wants or disappears? Thank you.
