The laptop "Restarts" when I select the option to "Shut down". The PC shuts down normally and starts up again!

Does anyone have or had a similar problem?

I have two internal disks an original HDD and an SDD. The HDD has original software version (Windows 😎 and SDD has Windows version 11. It was working fine with Windows 11, until suddenly the problem appeared. To turn it off, I have to press and hold the "Power" key for 3 seconds.

The Bios has the latest version, and I have already reinstalled the original Windows 8 on the HDD, but the problem remains, which leads me to think that the problem is caused by some hardware component.

Please, let me know your comments.

Thank you

Alfredo
