Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 IDS Base Model

when I try to add a new printer, it does not add my printer to my devices.  Instead, it states The Serial Number has already been registered with a different HP account.  It is a new printer (within a month) and I have had no other HP accounts for at least three years.  Had a business account over three years ago but it is no longer valid.
