Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a laptop with serial number 5CG42349JR that was recently reinstalled with Windows 11. After the installation, the built-in camera no longer works. I receive the following error when trying to use it:

Error code: 0xA00F4244

I have already run all available updates through HP Support Assistant and installed all Windows Updates, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise on the next steps?
