I have a new HP Victus laptop Ryzen 7 NVIDIA 4050. The laptop keeps restarting and freezing randomly

That's not good sign. Contact the seller immediately for a replacement, return to the shop with your bill if bought locally (typically 7-10 day DOA policy in many regions) or open a return/replacement request via the app/site (Amazon/Flipkart/HP Store) selecting "defective item" while still in the return window, requesting replacement over repair to avoid delays. Do not tamper with hardware, or open the device, as this could void warranty eligibility and complicate the process. This ensures a swift swap under standard replacement policy for faulty new units.
