Product: HP OMEN 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone. I am a user of HP OMEN 15 with Ryzen 5800H and RTX 3060. My processor is not functioning at Turbo frequency. Previously, when I ran Cinebench tests, it would instantly reach up to 95 degrees. Now, it slowly climbs up to 80 degrees. The frequency doesn't exceed 3.4 GHz. My BIOS, operating system, and everything else are up to date. Turbo Boost is enabled, and High-Performance mode is active. I have even reinstalled the operating system, but the issue persists. What could be the cause of this problem?
