Why are there no drivers for any operating systems of my HP Compaq nx7400 ?

Hi:

 

There is a full set of XP and Vista drivers on that link you posted.

 

Most likely you can't view the drivers because XP only has Internet Explorer 6 with a possible upgrade to IE 8.

 

The support pages are designed to work with IE11 and Edge.

 

I suggest you install Google Chrome or Firefox so you can view the page, or use a PC with W10 installed to get the drivers.

 

In the meantime, here is the link to the ethernet driver so you can connect to the ethernet.

 

This package contains the Ethernet drivers to enable the Broadcom BCM440x 10-100 Ethernet LAN-on-Motherboard (LOM) network device in the listed notebook models and operating systems.
