Hi, I have been having the thermal shutdown problem for a while now. I bought the same product last year(2019) in November and due to over heating I had to give it for servicing. Even after servicing the problem was not resolved. I had to pay extra to HP and buy the same laptop in May-2020. The entire process of getting the new laptop was too long and I being a student need laptop . Now again the new laptop is also having the thermal shutdown problem. It only has been 5 months since I have been using this laptop. It is unfare to face the same problem even after buying the new laptop after paying so much. Now I am skeptical about buying any new product from HP.
