From which link are you trying to download BIOS? Is it through HP support assistant software?
In your notebook support page, F.20 Rev.A is the latest version released on Apr 21, 2017:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-pavilion-15-n000-notebook-pc-series/54...
Please read this before using BIOS: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Keep laptop plugged in to AC power whole time. Remove all the connected peripheral devices. Stop all other running programs before starting.

Be aware that this is not official HP technical support
We're end users like you spending our valuable time helping each other
This is a peer to peer public support forum
You must be logged on as an administrator to install BIOS update.
You might need to right click on the exe and then pick as "run as adminstrator"
The reason it showing not compatible could be mismatch of SSID between your motherboard and latest BIOS. I have no idea how HP would mess it up like this.
You can try previous version of BIOS updates listed in revision history
