HP Laptop - 17z-ca200 CTO

I pay all my bills online using this computer with no problems until WPJWA updated it's website to become active as of December 26th.  When I try to enter required fields, ie the account number and last name,  it will not advance to the next page but requests the same information all over again....over and over.  I contacted the WPJWA and they accessed my account with no problem.  This computer is about 5 years old.  Then I tried something.  I have another smaller computer that I use for another purpose.  It's a brand new computer with Windows 10 pro educational OS.  I pulled up the website and had no problem entering the information and completing the payment.  So...the question is...why won't THIS computer allow me access to the fields of this particular website???   Something similar happened 5 years ago when TurboTax informed me that Windows 7 OS will no longer work with their product.  THAT'S WHY I GOT THIS COMPUTER.  No it won't work in this particular website.  WHY??

I see that you are facing an issue with accessing one of the websites on your Laptop.

If you are able to access any other website and if you are facing an issue with one single website.

Try to access the website on another browser and see if that works or you have to contact the website support team to assist you further.
