Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased an HP spectre 14-eu0000 that supposedly supports thunderbolt 3/4, but doesn't work when connecting to my akitio node thunderbolt 3 egpu. I installed the thunderbolt control center and found that there was no detected thunderbolt driver installed on the computer. I have searched the internet and product page for a thunderbolt driver but have been unable to do so. Can someone please link the compatible thunderbolt driver?

Thanks

Chapter 1 of the service manual does indicate the notebook is supposed to have that feature:

(2) USB Gen4® Type-C Thunderbolt™ (right side), supports:
● Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4
● Data transfer
● Power Delivery 3.0
● HP Sleep & Charge
● DisplayPort 2.1 (2 × 4 K, 2 × 5 K, 1 × 8 K output) through USB-C adapter
● HDMI® 2.1 out up to 8K @ 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 through adapter

Here's the link to a Thunderbolt 3.0 driver from another model notebook:

Intel Thunderbolt Driver

This package provides the Intel Thunderbolt 3 driver and Connection Management application for supported computer models using a supported operating system.

If there are no devices listed in the device manager in need of a driver, I don't know how this driver would be of any help.
