Thunderbolt desk

Hello 

I try to coneckt a Thunderbolt desk develop from DELL to my Laptop but he don't recognize it. The desk work properly cos I use it on other laptops before. 

Do I have to instal any driver to the laptop so he can see it because as far as I see my laptop have a thunderbolt USB C?

- Is this the first time you are using the thunderbolt dock on your laptop?

- Have you tried connecting any other device to your laptop thunderbolt port to make sure the port works fine?

- Try connecting any thunderbolt dock to any other device again and confirm if that is working fine now?

- Were there any changes made to your laptop recently?

hello

"Have you tried connecting any other device to your laptop thunderbolt port to make sure the port works fine?" - yes 

"Try connecting any thunderbolt dock to any other device again and confirm if that is working fine now?" - unfortunatly I don't have any other thunderbolt device to try but I try to plug charger on USB C port of my laptop and it not start charging.  I use media converter from USB C to HDMI and it have audio/video output 

"Were there any changes made to your laptop recently?" - No I did not make any changes on ly laptop

Is the thunderbolt USB C port working fine when you connect any other device?

If yes, there is no issue with the laptop port and you will have to get in touch with the docking station support team to assist you further.
