Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every time I open my laptop the date and time are wrong. I keep changing it to the right time but it never stays correct. I tried the steps that someone listed. But when I went to double click the trigger, a pop up came up and said trigger could not be edited in this tool. Help me please!!!!
