Welcome to the HP User Community.

For those reading

"Flight" or "Airplane" button is a button that can be used to switch a configured Wireless setup ON or OFF.

Switching the Airplane mode "ON" means your Wireless configuration is shut off.

The button is a convenience you can use to quickly switch off (or on) your Wireless connection.

The button cannot fix, configure, or change the Wireless setup you are using.

For example, if your Wireless setup or configuration is not working, clicking the Airplane mode button cannot fix your wireless connection.
