Touch pad not responding properly in some games

Touch pad doesn't respond or has a delayed response. (e.g. Valorant, Genshin) For Valorant, I can't shoot or look around using the touch pad. On Genshin Impact on the other hand, it's delayed, and I still can't look around using the touch pad. How can I possibly fix this?
