Pavilion 11 n084sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yes, I've tried the many ways to fix the unresponsive touch screen.

Both touch screen tests worked but Windows doesn't show a HID compliant touch screen. Yes, even with hidden devices on Device Manager.

Ive tried resetting and putting a fresh copy of Windows on. Didn't work.

I just need the touchscreen driver for the HP Pavilion 11 n084sa. No other solutions will be marked as working without a link or solution to getting the touchscreen driver.

I solved my own problem. My laptop was missing the Intel Serial I/O driver.

Once I found the correct one for my hardware, I restarted my laptop and everything began working as expected; the keyboard turned off in tablet and tent mode, the touch keyboard worked, etc.

The link is below for anyone else suffering from this issue.
