Product: Pavilion notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought my HP pavilion netbook 11 inches, 6 months ago and it has a problem to the touch screen monitor, it keeps on clicking on the left side portion of the screen and its very irritating. Please help me how to disable the touch screen function of this.

 

If I call to customer care they will disconnect the call after hearing the problem what I'm facing HP is doing worst don't you have any concern about the customers shame to you HP team.

Lazy workers.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
