3 pc with touchpad button and pointing stick not working after update bios to last version 1.25
I called HP but they say they are not aware of the problem.
I tried reinstalling windows 10/11
Downgrading the bios to version 1.09 or 1.04 does not solve the problem

Actually, I was able to get help with HP Assistant Via Chat at HP Support. First Told --
I request you to try power drain.
Turn off the Laptop.
Unplug all the cables from the Laptop.
Dont take out the Laptop battery.
Press and hold the power button and volume up f7 button for 40-50 seconds and then release it to drain the flea power (static charge.)
Reconnect all cables back again and turn on the laptop.
That Did Not Help.
Then...
Okay, we can update drivers and check, but before that we can try CBR...
Request you to perform a BIOS recovery
Restart the unit >> press and hold "win+ b " key and then power on the unit with keys pressed.
This Last Suggestion Fixed The Buttons and the Pointing Stick.
I Am Very Greatful to my Support Assistant (Chandana) at HP Support for Resolving my Issue.
Hope This May Help You Also. Good Luck.
