HP Recommended

HP Spectre 360 14F laptop, 1 yr old. Came with Window 10 and updated to Window 11. I connect it to a docking station and use external keyboard, touch pad and screens which seems to cause the laptop touchpad to malfunction or stop all together. The keyboard also stops working once in a while. I manage to solve the issue with reboot or driver reinstall bit it keeps reoccurring within a week. The question is WHY does this occur and how to avoid it. Is it a hardware, software or operating system issue?
