Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I try to deactivate my laptop's touchpad. Informations from Manual, from HP's homepage, from Microsoft are interesting but not usable at my laptop, because die buttons are passive. Sorry, my Windows is in German language.

geraete-manager-touchpad-1.jpg

Why a jpg-file isn't shown correctly???

HP writes to use the device-manager und click to HID touchpad, but this option doesn't exist at my PC. With Windows I can deinstall the Touchpad, but with the next start of the PC the touchpad is installed as a new device.

I tried to contact HP Support, but that is impossible. I only can write with the roboter, but my problem is unknown.

best regards

rabbit

the problem is solved by myself: I called  HP's support and with a Remote-Support on my Laptop and many changes now I have the on/off button for the touchpad in the control panel.
