Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae013dx
Brought this laptop in 2018 and the same year HP replaced the touchpad free of charge due to malfunctioning.
Till 2021 the touchpad worked fine, since then constantly the touchpad does not work intermittently. Tried all the options described in HP Community, it works for a day but after restart of the laptop it again doesn't work. Due to this I have to always depend on external mouse. Tried Registry, Device Manager, Pen enable-disable, driver updates etc.,
The synaptics touchpad app is not even opening.
Any help that I can get on providing a permanent solution will be appreciated.
