Hi @DiagnostikaCJD,

If you're having issues with the touchscreen on your HP Dragonfly Folio 13.5 inch G3 2-in-1 Notebook PC, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Restart Your Device:
  2. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches that might be affecting the touchscreen.

  3. Check for Windows Updates:

  4. Make sure your operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for any pending updates.

  5. Update Drivers:

  6. Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers specifically for your touchscreen.

  7. Recalibrate Your Touchscreen:

  8. Open the control panel and search for "Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input." Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate the touchscreen.

  9. Run HP Support Assistant:

  10. Use the HP Support Assistant tool to run a diagnostic on your system. It can help find and fix driver and device issues.

  11. Check for Hardware Issues:

  12. Ensure there are no physical obstructions or damage to the touchscreen. A protective layer on the screen may interfere with sensitivity.

  13. Check for Software Conflicts:

  14. Some software applications can interfere with touchscreen capabilities. Try uninstalling recent programs that were installed before the issue started.

  15. Restore System:

  16. If the problem persists, consider performing a system restore to the point when your touchscreen was working correctly.

For persistent issues, it's recommended to contact HP Support for further assistance as hardware issues might need professional intervention.

I hope it helps.
