Hi all, i wonder if anyone can tell me how to connect Android mobile to laptop via USB and transfer files. Before you got an option as soon you connected your mobile to laptop, what you wanna do? Charge, Transfer photo or files. Now that option is no longer available and the only thing i can do i charge the mobile

You need to open your Android devices and open it as a storage device. Please use the following Guide
