Product: HP Notebook - 17-ca1035ca

Last time I got a new computer, not unlike with iPhone the computers needed to be in close proximity to transfer programs, files etc.  I have an HP got a new one,  and have zero clue how to do this as its not doing it automatically 

I need detailed instructions on how to do this please.

Windows does NOT have a tool to do that. Please use the following way

 

               Transfer Everything To Your New Windows 11/10 PC ($$$)

  or         Transfer Everything To New Computer  (also $$$)

  or         https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/how-to-transfer-files-from-pc-to-pc
