I do not have a slot for my camera's memory card!  How can I download my photos to my HP Envy Notebook?

Hello,
Is it possible to buy A Mini Card Reader (something like these http://www.trust.com/fr/trust/cardreaders )?

If you're camera has WiFi you can connect it to you're pc using a program.
Some camera's also have a charging cable wich can be used for data transfer.

I'm trying to transfer pictures from an SD card from a Sony camera without WIFI to my HP Pavilion laptop.  I can't find any slot opening that accepts an SD memory card.  Any ideas on how to transfer?
