Trouble installing Adobe Acrobat Pro on new Envy Laptop - Apparently 'permissions restricted...

HP ENVY Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I spoke with Adobe to get them to install the software as I have a licence , but they said that on my laptop 'permissions are restricted for installation of applications' - any advice how to install this?

@AdrianCh

This is how Windows 10 works.  Your account is a general class user, like everyone else's, and when you try to install anything, the Trusted Installer gets launched and you are prompted for your password.  This is intended to enforce security rules to prevent malware from installing itself without your permission.  There is no way around this.
