HP Pavilion Laptop 14-bk1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Trying to transfer two iPhone iTunes accounts to a new Pavilion 14 laptop running Windows 10 64 bit from two separate old computers (one a Mac and one a PC on Windows 7). I've followed advice online and it all worked fine for the first iTunes library and account from the mac (mine).

However when trying the same for the second phone (my partner's) I followed you tube instructions to transfer the library over and the correct music is held within the new library folder iTunes media/music.

I have un-ticked the box 'copy files to iTunes media folder when adding to library'

I've tried opening the second library by holding shift down while opening iTunes and running the ituneslibrary.itl file but each time it opens the first account's music and not the second.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
