Unable to run system recovery or reinstall because it halts and says windows can't run the program because I have a missing or corrupted critical system driver. I found the PCI Encrytion/Decryption Controller the only item flagged in Device Manager. I was unable to to verify the manufacturer so I haven't had any luck locating it online. Thank you in advance to anyone can help me.

Hi:
You need this driver for that device...
This package provides the Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface (TXE) Driver for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface enables the Secure Boot and provides services required for platform security features such as Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PPT).

Thank you! It fixed the problem. But apparently that was not the problem I thought it was. I was gonna try to do the preferably a recovery or reinstall if I had to and I barely got started and got this message: A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a dvd, usb, or hard disk driver. If you have cd, dvd, or usb flash drive please insert it now. Note: If the installation media for windows is in the dvd drive you can safely remove it for this step. Do you have any idea what I should do next? We replaced the only driver I found missing. I don't think it would be the dvd because it works, not sure about the usb or HD driver. Would they not also be in device manager? Would you mind helping me one more time please? Maybe if I can get past this I can do the rest. Thank you again so much!

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that issue.
Normally you get that error if the installation file is corrupt or incomplete, or if you are using a DVD you made yourself, a bad burn.
