HP Pavilion - 15-cs0082cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion - 15-cs0082cl and I am trying to access the advanced options of BIOS in order to disable Rapid Storage Technology (RST)  for the installation of Ubuntu Linux. So far I've gone through all the BIOS options and have not found any option to disable RST, please let me know what I can do to disable this.

Hello @Phantanimo

(1) Disable <Secure boot>

(2) Enable <Legacy boot> if available

(3) That's it

I did that and I am still not seeing an option to turn off RST

Hello @Phantanimo

- Set BIOS > Security > TMP State <Disabled> (see screenshot)

- Reboot and start linux installation

Hello @Ub6424

That did not work, I even tried clearing TPM but that made no difference either.

Hello @Phantanimo

Load BIOS setup defaults, then change settings as I wrote before, save and exit.

Start installation again...

What error message appears during installation ? I need exact details. Procedure, pictures ...

That did not work and this is the warning that I have been getting.

The installation runs as normal until it gets to this point. I have already looked at the link and that did not work for me.The installation runs as normal until it gets to this point. I have already looked at the link and that did not work for me.
