Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my keyboard of HP Elitebook 840 G3,  is actually malfunctioned so that my Some of keys like G,H , win, FN, F2 F4 F6etc 

and i now instead of spending money on repairing , i chose to use an  external keyboard, and now I want to completely turn off my key board backlight, so but due to F3 key not working, I cant do that.

Please provide a step-wise solution for a problem that I can turn off my backlight without using Laptop's keyboard.
