After reinstalling Windows 10, I installed the wi-fi driver from the official website, the adapter started turning itself off, what could be the problem?

Hi:

I'm looking at the list of Realtek Wi-Fi drivers on your notebook's support page, and there is a newer one than any of those you can try.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.

You may also want to update the Bluetooth driver as well.

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
