Notebook turns on with a red screen and goes no further, bottom left says f1 system information when pushed does nothing

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model or product number 

HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support

 

If you turn off the PC by holding the power button

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until the startup menu appears

Press F2 to enter diagnoostics and perform system test.

 

Are you able to enter diagnostics?
