HP Spectre x360 13-4120ca

Two finger scrolling and other touchpad functions are not working on my computer. The mouse (pointing and clicking) seems to be working fine. I believe this has just occurred since I tried to update the driver. Now it seems that possibly the driver has been deleted completely instead of just updated - when I go to Device Manager then Mouse and other Pointing Devices and click on that, all that appears is PS/2 Compatible Mouse. Nothing about Touchpad at all.  Not sure what to do. Some advice would be appreciated.

@MichelleDV
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

What is the operating system?

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Let's, perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data.

Next Step: BIOS Defaults - (After hard reset follow the below steps while starting the computer)
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F10 once for BIOS.
4) Press F9 for BIOS defaults.
5) Press F10 to save and exit. this should fix the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
