HP OmniBook X Flip 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop Next Gen AI PC 16-ar0000 (AK4S0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a HP OmniBook X Flip 16-ar0014ca 2-in-1 laptop running Windows 11 Home. Under Windows Settings > Windows Update, it says I have two driver updates available. Please see my screenshot below:

But according to the HP Support Assistant, it says: "You're up to date with software and drivers".
I am a bit confused because I thought the HP Support Assistant is supposed to handle all of the driver updates for my laptop model. Can you please clarify this?

Thank you

Hi @speedygonzales9

HP and Microsoft share system information, and many updates are available through Windows Update. This happens especially when HP doesn't provide drivers for the version of Windows you're using.
