Hello

I have HP Probook 470 G5.

I would like to ask where you can download the latest Intel UHD 620 driver.

I tried it from Intel's official site, but it won't let me install it.I got error message.

Is there the latest UHD 620 driver on the HP official site?

Hi:

You would only be able to use the Intel driver if your 470 G5 has the onboard Intel graphics only.

If it has the Intel/Nvidia graphics, you have to use the graphics drivers on your notebook's support page.

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics adapter, see my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version...

Hey Paul

I have Intel/Nvidia graphics card.

I have problem with Desktop Windows Manager( high memory use).

I wanted to update to the new driver, but HP doesn't have the latest.

Only :driver version: 27.20.100.9416

Reinstalling doesn't help.

Will HP release a new driver for the UHD 620?

Unfortunately, I can only use that.

Problem solved.

The update was successful
