I am using a Logitech K400r touchpad keyboard with a ProBook 450 G3, and have just downloaded what I believe is the latest driver, Synaptics LuxPad V7.5 version 19.0.19.1
I am unable to change some of the settings on the touchpad (eg turn off the pinch zoom). I can enter those settings via control panel, and it tells me they have been applied, but it makes no difference to the operation of the touchpad (ie pinch zoom is still on).
How can I fix this?

Hi,
Logitech keyboard and Synaptics are two different things (hardware and software). My suggestion: ask Logitech, does the keyboard supports Synaptics software OR does Logitech have same driver/software which supports Synaptics.
Regards.

Logitech uses their own drivers, not those for Synaptic products.
Here is the Logitech support page for your keyboard: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/wireless-touch-keyboard-k400r
You should be able to find what you want there.
If not, use the links on that page to contact the Logitech Forums.
Good Luck
