Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELLO,

 

I'm my laptop model is 15-Au009tx windows 10 64 bit

 

issue is even thought internet is woring and connected net is not connectingother browcers like chrome and IE

but in firefoox it does

 

1.i have tried uninstalling wifi drivers and installing again

2.By cmd - netsh reset method

3. Disable & enabling adapters

4. checking proxy setting of Google chrome

 

but all these didnt resloved my issue plz help me out.

 

 

no other browcers unable to connect internet but only firefox is able to connect

FireFox connects to the internet.

 

Chrome and IE do not connect to the internet.

 

Security Settings for your FIREWALL.

 

Please check.

 

Windows Defender Security Centre;
Restore Firewall to Default;
Then running the Network Troubleshooter.
