USB 2.0 and USB 3.0

dear, 

I have a problem with Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller.  It`s say that I haven`t install a driver for that device (code 28).

But, I download from your page from the internet and installed it. And it want  work.  

please, can you help me?

Hi:

Try the USB driver directly from Intel.  Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file...

I have a one litle problem....    I need one more driver. its says that I dont have a Driver for BCM43142A0   

I think thats a bluetooth device.
