I've bought a  USB-C Dock G5 and didn't worked in my dektop. Nothing work not just the monitor but also mouse, keyboard and everythink.

 

Something that i can do?

What is your desktop ? I don't know why you bought an expensive dock for a desktop computer.

I don't bought to a desktop... i bought because i have a laptop and a desktop and the idea is to just switch one cabe and have everything changed... but my desktop is hard to say but the motherboard where the usb connects is this on: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-AORUS-PRO-AX-rev-10
