HP Recommended
HP Pavilion - 15t-cs300 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to charge my laptop via USB-C connection.  i am trying to use an external powerbank and regular AC wall outlet but neither of them are charging my laptop.  Where can i find the setting to adjust/manage the USB-C power options?

Thank you!!

The port as described in the user manual will not charge your computer.

It is data transfer only

Right-Side / Left side - pages 4-5

USB Type-C port

Connects a USB device, such as a cell phone, camera, activity tracker, or smartwatch, and provides data transfer.
