HP ZBook Firefly 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Currently we have a company wide enrolment of ZBook Firefly 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC which are docked into HP243D monitors via USB-C connected to another HP243M monitor. We have been seeing a vast range of issue through the USB-C ports, these issues include failing with anything plugged into them. The most frustrating and most occurring issue is with our Voyager 4310 series headsets (using a USB-C dongle to connect to the headset). Majority fail on certain laptops but work perfectly on another users ZBook Firefly 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC. Conducted all the updates, through windows setting, HP support assistant driver updates as well as Image assist updates recommended, still no change. The only work about yet really inefficient solution we have at the moment is to deleted the driver in the device management setting and restarting the laptop which then lets windows reinstall a fresh instance of it. This will work maybe for a day or two but then back to square one. The issues are mainly with the USB-C port as the USB-A version of the headsets work seamlessly. It's a case of randomly happening for different applications for example at the moment teams seams to crash for a number of employees whilst they are docked into the monitors and fail to pick up and audio or microphone setting for Teams but once un-docked all the problems seem to disappear.

This is an example of the errors we see in the event log :

The driver entered RTD3.
All the connected devices will be removed from driver's internal state, so it is expected that DeviceDisconnected events will happen.

Has anyone got any suggestions about some of these issues as it is getting frustrating for us and the staff.
