Hi,

I have a USB C / HDMI adapter which I would like to use to connect a 3rd monitor to my laptop but for some reason my USB C is not working.

I tried UEFI test and it told me that currently USB C is not authorized.

Any idea how could I tackle this issue?

Many thanks in advance

Its specs

It USB-C port does not support Alt mode therefore you can't use USB-C port for video out even with a dock.

Regards.

Thanks! What would you recommend for the 3rd monitor? Maybe USB 3 HDMI adapter? Would that work?

Best,

Lasz
