Example: HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have a HP Spectre x360 with Intel UHD 620 graphics and am on Windows 11. My laptop has 2 USB-C ports, and usually I would use a USB-C to HDMI cable to plug it into my monitor and it would work fine. This randomly stopped working and now my monitor says there is no input signal detected. I changed cords and also tried another device on the monitor and it worked, so it is definitely an issue with my laptop. I checked updates for all my drivers and used HP Support Assistant as well and updated everything but still no luck. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

Did you try using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and reinstalling graphics drivers? This happened on my eGPU once and this fixed it for me. Somehow the display got disabled on it's own and this re-enabled it
