Product: HP Spectre Model 13-4103
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening. 

 

I recently updated my HP spectre to Windows 10 and have had issues with my computer's USB port. The port allows my device to charge other devices but does not work with devices such as a wireless mouse to operate. I went on Device Manager and do not see the USB there so I feel like that is the issue. Can anyone help?
