Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all.

 

I recently changed my OS to Windows 7 but since then one of my USB port hasn't been working

 

I checked on Device Manager to see this

 Driver.PNG

 

Can somebody pls help me out. I have searched since but can't get the driver to download.

 

The PC is HP

OS is Wind 7 64 bit

You're very welcome.

 

If you want to fix the problem, then I suggest you install the driver from the Intel link I posted.

 

That is the latest driver.

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the link below...

Thanks for the reply.

 

But while I was installing it, it says the current version on my system is later than the one I'm about to install, meaning the one in the link I downloaded is lower to the current one on my system. Any link to an updated one.

 

Any other person with answer shoud please reply.
