in boot options, System Configuration is in the Bios Setup.  there is no option of secure boot

 

 

and my windows version is (windows 7 ultimate) windows version not linux and i make iso from this windows DVD

Apologies then. If you have your Legacy boot order set to first boot from the USB stick but its not recognized, I can only think to try another program to make the bootable drive with or try another USB stick.

I assume at start up, tapping F9 will not bring up the boot options and recognize the USB stick?

 

If the boot order will not allow you to change it, There may be a tool fix that but I will have to ask around. I have not heard of that option being greyed out before for any other reason.
