Hello!

I have the HP EliteBook 8740w: i've downgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 7 for various reasons...

I've found all drivers except for Controller USB, I tried several drivers but no one runs my usb3 ports.

 

The Hardware ID is:

PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&SUBSYS_1520103C&REV_03
PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&SUBSYS_1520103C
PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&CC_0C0330
PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&CC_0C03

 

Can someone help me?

For USB controller you need this driver...

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54511.exe

 

For the base system device, you need this driver...

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp46501-47000/sp46999.exe

I can't find also basic system device pilot (in french "périphèrique système de base" pilot).
