USB-to-Serial with CH340 cannot be found

HP Laptop 15s-du1000TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I found HP Laptop 15s-du1000TX recently, and have a device with CH340 USB-to-Serial chipset.

When it is plug into the notebook, it is no response, i.e., it is not found by the computer,

no new USB device, then of course no unknown device.

I manually downloaded and installed the USB Driver from http://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_ZIP.html,

no change, the device is still cannot be found.

I rebooted the notebook with "Disable driver signature enforcement" option,

no change, the device is still cannot be found.
