Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

My system brightness is quite low and I increase of brightness level it is decreasing, I decrease of brightness level it is increasing. I can't figure out this problem. Please help

HP products does not support Linux systems.
HP hardware not uniform, and some different hardware not supported on Linux system.
When do you want to use Linux, choose higher price device: HP business, or lenovo ThinkPad, or Dell products.

Check your issue on Windows. When hardware failure, send back in Warranty, but save your data, because we need to check your device with default OS/settings.
